Processing and fulfilling orders will be done as though these orders were placed through your online store! All orders placed through partnered Retailers will automatically appear in your orders backend and will contain all the necessary information needed to fulfill them, including customer and shipping information. Any changes you make to the order status and tracking information will automatically sync to the Retailer. If an order was placed 4+ days ago that have yet to be fulfilled, you will be notified via email by Canal.
