Catalog has a 65-minute order forwarding delay on Partner orders. This delay allows Partners to handle any customer service requests that may arise after an order, like canceling or updating. If an order is canceled within the window, it is not forwarded to the Brand for fulfillment. After this window, the order is forwarded, and it is up to the Partner to follow up with the Brand to make any changes or updates.
Changing the order forwarding delay
Navigate to Settings > Selling preferences > in Order management, update the order delay (in minutes) to the desired timeframe > select Update.
Order forwarding delay for test orders
As a Partner running a test order with Brands, you may want to decrease the order forwarding time to speed up the process. After running a test order, we recommend changing it back to the standard 65-minute order forwarding delay.
