As a Partner, you collect payment for Brand products the same way you would for any other order — including shipping and taxes. Catalog charges you weekly or monthly (depending on your plan) for the Brand's commission, shipping costs, and Catalog fees. You keep your commission and taxes collected on the order.

- Brand Commission: The agreed-upon earnings for each product.
- Shipping Cost: The amount paid to the Brand to cover shipping costs.
- Catalog Fees: These fees vary depending on your pricing model.
All transactions are subject to a payment processing fee of 2.5% + $0.30 per transaction for credit card, or 0.4% per transaction for ACH.
How am I billed?
Each billing cycle you see two charges associated with your Catalog orders:
- Catalog Fees: The cost associated with using Catalog. The actual amount depends on your pricing model.
- Catalog Orders: The Brand Commission and shipping cost to be passed through to the Brand. Catalog charges the payment method you've added to your Catalog profile for these charges.
Note: Catalog recommends adding the same payment method that you use for Shopify Billing to the Catalog app.
Where can I find my billing history?
Catalog provides a downloadable CSV for all charges. Navigate to Reports > Payments. Learn more in the Tracking past payments article.
Sales tax
As the Partner, you are the merchant of record and collect all taxes paid on orders. No taxes are passed to Brands for their products. You may receive requests from your Brands for a Resale Certificate.
