Canal partners with Loop Returns, a drop-shipping functionality that enables Canal products to be returned directly to Supplier warehouses. This saves both Retailers and Suppliers time and money by streamlining the customer experience.

How do returns with Loop work?
Loop allows you to set up Destination Rules, Return policies, Product rules, and return fees to ensure Supplier products are routed to the correct warehouse when returned! Below are steps to setting up returns with some helpful tips.
- Destination Rules - You will need to work with each Supplier to get their desired warehouse information.
- Return Policies - By default these items will require a review, and unless you are in contact with the Supplier on every return, we recommend that you set every 3rd party to Bypass Review and automatically process the return after X days warehouse arrival.
- Return Fees - If returns fees are not enabled, Retailers will incur the cost of the return label.
*Only Retailers on the Loop Advanced plan or higher will be able to use Loop with Canal

How do refunds work with Loop?
Retailers will need to pay for the return label at the time the products are being shipped. Once the item arrives to the Suppliers warehouse it will be marked "Returned" and the refund will be initiated to the Retailer. If the Supplier has not set up Returns fees the Retailer will incur the cost of the return label.
