Viewing Canal orders in Shopify

You can easily filter for Canal orders from Shopify. Below are instructions on how to do so, as well as a video walkthrough.

Filter to see Canal orders

1. Go to Shopify Orders.

2. Select Filter > Apps.

3. Select Canal for Suppliers.

To see Retailer details, download filtered orders to CSV:

1. Click Export after filtering orders to those from Canal.

2. In the CSV file, review the "Note Attributes" column, which will contain the Retailer(s) name.

3. Filter by Retailer as needed.
