The Fulfillment Insights page provides a quick snapshot of how your Brands are performing from a fulfillment perspective and allows you to reach out to your Brands directly from this page. Navigate to Reports > Fulfillments.
Reading your fulfillment metrics
At the top of the page, four metric tiles give you an at-a-glance view of fulfillment health:
- Total open orders: The total count of your orders that have not yet been fulfilled by your Brands.
- Average days to fulfill: The average fulfillment time across all your Brands.
- Orders 5+ days unfulfilled: Total orders that were placed more than five days ago and are still unfulfilled.
- Orders fulfilled on time: The percentage of all orders fulfilled by your Brands within the fulfillment range they provide on their profile.
Brand-level fulfillment data
Below the metric tiles, two panels give you a more detailed view:
- Average days to fulfill by Brand: A breakdown of average fulfillment time for each Brand partner that has received an order from you, sorted by highest order volume.
- Orders that need attention: 5+ days unfulfilled: A list of specific orders that are overdue, with the ability to contact the Brand directly to follow up.
Select View all orders at the top right to go to the full Orders page.
