Catalog prompts you to add as much information as possible when onboarding, but you can always update your settings later. Navigate to Settings to manage your account.
Profile and account
All information added on this page is visible to Brands on your profile.
- Logo, banner, and description: View your profile by selecting the View profile button above the images you uploaded.
- Brand description: Add a quick summary of your brand and its mission.
Contact information
Add this information during onboarding. You can update it at any time.
- Primary: Main email for receiving proposals, billing, and orders from Catalog.
- Additional contacts: Secondary email that is CC'd on all proposals, billing, and orders from Catalog.
Payment and pricing
- Payment method: This is how Catalog collects your Brand's commission and shipping fees. Learn more about the flow of funds in the Getting paid as a Partner article.
- Payment history: Find this report under Reports > Payments.
- Your plan: Catalog offers various plans. See which plan you're currently using here.
Email sharing
Catalog gives you the option to:
- Send order update emails to your customers on behalf of Brands.
- Share customer emails with your Brands for them to send transactional emails.
Brands are not able to send marketing emails to your customers unless they opt in.
Products, shipping, and orders
- Free shipping contribution: Choose if Brand products contribute to your free shipping threshold or if customers always pay for shipping on Brand products.
- Order forwarding delay: Select a timeframe (as low as 1 minute) to handle customer inquiries, cancellations, or changes before sending the order to your Brand's backend for fulfillment.
- Auto-syncing product data: Select which Brand product information to automatically update when a change is detected.
