Catalog prompts you to add as much information as possible when onboarding, but you can always update your settings later. Select the gear icon or navigate to Settings to manage your account. Settings is organized into five tabs: Brand Info, Selling preferences, Team, Your account, and Billing.
Brand Info
The Brand Info tab links to your public profile, which is visible to Brands on Rokt Catalog.
- Profile information: Select Go to profile to update your logo, banner image, description, return policy, and other details that Brands see when evaluating a potential partnership.
Selling preferences
The Selling preferences tab controls how orders, products, and inventory are managed across your store.
Order management
- Email sharing: Choose whether to share customer emails with your Brand partners. If enabled, Brands can send transactional emails (such as shipping updates) directly to your customers. Brands cannot send marketing emails unless customers opt in.
- Product page fulfillment note: Auto-populate a note at the end of product descriptions to inform customers that fulfillment is handled by a third party. Options include "Fulfilled by our friends at...", "Fulfilled by...", or disable the message entirely.
- Order forwarding delay: Set a delay (in minutes) before orders are sent to your Brand's backend. This gives you time to handle customer service requests, cancellations, or changes before fulfillment begins.
Inventory management
- Manage available products: Control what happens when a Brand's product is no longer available. Choose to automatically mark the product as draft, or keep it active (marked out of stock in your backend).
- Add approved products to store: Decide whether pre-approved products are automatically added to your store as drafts, or whether you add them manually.
Integration settings
- Platform: Displays your connected ecommerce platform. Set during onboarding and read-only.
- Include towards free shipping: Choose whether Rokt Catalog products count toward your store's free shipping threshold (Integrated) or are treated separately (Separated).
Team
The Team tab lets you manage who has access to your Catalog account. Enter an email address and select Invite to add a team member. Your current seat usage is displayed (e.g., "0/5 seats used"). Select Contact us if you need more seats. For full instructions on roles and permissions, see Adding additional team members.
Your account
The Your account tab manages your personal account details.
- Email notifications: View and edit the email address where Catalog sends notifications.
- Name: Update your display name.
- Password: Change your account password.
Billing
The Billing tab manages how Catalog collects fees and pays Brands.
- Payment method: Add a bank account (ACH, recommended for lower fees at 0.4% per transaction) or a credit card (2.5% + $0.30 per transaction). Catalog uses this payment method to collect Brand commissions and shipping costs. Learn more in the Getting paid as a Partner article.
- Billing approval status: Shows whether your billing setup has been approved.
- Your plan: Displays your current Rokt Catalog plan.
To view your payment history, navigate to Reports > Payments.
