Sale price syncing connects your store's sale price and compare-at price directly to the Partner through Rokt Catalog. Once it's turned on for a partnership, any discount you set in your store appears on the Partner's site automatically. You don't need to update prices in two places when you run a promotion.
How it works
You manage all your sale prices in your store the way you normally do. When you mark a product down, the sale price and the compare-at price flow through to the Partner within about an hour. When a sale ends, your prices revert and the Partner's site updates to match.
This includes every promotion you run. Whether you have a sitewide sale, a category markdown, or a discount on a single SKU, all of it appears on the Partner. The sync covers your full catalog for that partnership once enabled, so confirm you're comfortable with that before turning it on.
How to turn it on
Sale price syncing is configured per partnership. To enable it:
- Navigate to Partners in the left navigation and select the Partner you want to configure.
- Select the Partnership tab.
- Select See more under Partnership terms.
- Find the Sale price syncing section and select Edit.
- Select Sync discounted pricing and save your changes.
What to expect after it's enabled
Sale prices update on the Partner's site within roughly an hour of any change you make in your store. Compare-at prices sync at the same time, so the discount is visible on the Partner's product page. Ending a sale in your store ends it on the Partner's site too.
Turning it off
To disable sale price syncing for a partnership, follow the same steps above and select Don't sync discounted pricing instead.
