Catalog's Inventory Alerts page allows you to review, take action on, and communicate with your Brands on inventory levels. Learn more about reaching out to your Brand partners in the contacting a Brand article.
Note: Only Active and Draft products are displayed on this page. If a product is moved to Archive, it is removed.
Alerts where Partner action is suggested
For each of these alerts, we suggest checking with the Brand to see if they plan on restocking or re-listing the products. In cases where the Brand won't be restocking, re-listing, or resuming selling, you may want to move the product to Draft or Archive.
- Out of Stock: Products where the Brand's inventory has reached zero. Customers cannot purchase these products.
- Low Inventory: Products where the Brand's inventory is running low based on the threshold they've set. Consider monitoring these closely or reaching out to the Brand.
- Paused: Products the Brand has temporarily paused from selling. The Brand intends to resume selling at a later date.
- Rescinded: Products the Brand has withdrawn from your store specifically. Contact the Brand to understand why it was rescinded or whether it can be reinstated.
- Removed: Products the Brand has permanently removed from Catalog. These products can no longer be sold.
Alerts where no action is needed
- Back in Stock: Products that were previously out of stock and are now available again. No action needed — these products are automatically available for sale.
- Resumed: Products the Brand had paused that are now available for sale again.
