Canal's dynamic shipping option requires Shopify's third party carrier service be activated! This feature is standard in higher plans, but you can unlock this feature for lower plans by:
- Upgrading your Shopify plan to a higher plan or switching from monthly billing to annual billing.
- Contact Shopify support and ask them to give you access to "3rd party carrier shipping service"
- You can reference this article on the feature in your message to Shopify!
- Once this has been enabled, reach out to support@shopcanal.com to activate dynamic shipping for you!
