Below are Catalog's guidelines for the product import CSV, following these guidelines will ensure a successful upload.
Variant ID (dont modify)
- Read only field, Do not edit this field
- When uploading for the first time leave this column blank. Catalog will automatically assign an ID to the Variant which will be populated upon exporting your created products to a .csv
Product ID (dont modify)

SKU
- This is a required field
- The stock keeping unit, a unique identifier for each product variant
- Any Alphanumeric values are accepted
Variant Title
- This is a required field
- The title of the variant
- Example:
- Product Title: T-shirt
- Variant Title 1: Red
- Variant Title 2: Blue
- Product Title: T-shirt
Product Title
- This is a required field
- The title of the product
- Example:
- Product Title: T-shirt
- Variant Title 1: Red
- Variant Title 2: Blue
- Product Title: T-shirt
- When uploading/ creating a product for the first time, variants belonging to the same Product will be grouped/ identified by having the same “Product Title”
Description
- The description of the product or variant in plain text
Vendor
- Can be utilized when uploading products from multiple brands
- If left blank this will default to the brand name added during onboarding
Price
- This is a required field
- The price of the product/variant will be sold at. If you're offering products at a discount you'll want to add the discount price here
Original MSRP
- If you're offering products at a discount you'll want to add the original MSRP here
- NOTE: Leave blank if you do not wish to show a “strike-through” price
- ONLY populate this field if you plan on showing the product with “Sale price”

Continue Selling When out of stock
- Specify whether to continue selling the product when it is out of stock
- This field will be required if you plan on tracking inventory
- Accepted Values:
- deny
- continue
Inventory Quantity
- The quantity of the product or variant in stock
- Accepts integers
Weight
- The weight of the product or variant
- Number field, decimals acceptable (e.g. 7.99)
- Do NOT include weight unit (lb, g, oz)
Weight Unit
- The unit of measurement for the weight
- Accepted values:
- g
- oz
- lb
GTIN/UPC/Barcode
- The Global Trade Item Number, Universal Product Code, or barcode for the product or variant
- Alphanumeric values accepted (e.g. 12345, 1A3D4T, ABCDEFG)
Image URL
- The URL of the image for the product or variant, URL needs to link to a file (ends with file extension like .jpg, .png, etc.)
- There are 5 Image URL columns, only the first one is required
- For a Product with multiple variants, the first Image URL will be used as the main image for the Product
Product URL
- The URL of the product's webpage
Listing Status
- The status of the product's listing on Catalog, if left blank it will default to listed
- Accepted Values:
- LISTED
- UNLISTED
Product Category
- This will be used to group products that are shown on Catalog Discover feature
- For multiple values, separate with commas, no spaces between commas (example: Other,Lifestyle,Wellness & Beauty)
