How payouts work when partnered with FlipShop

Payouts for Canal Suppliers on Flip

FlipShop has partnered with Stripe and MagicOS to allow Supplier partners to pay themselves out as soon as there are available earnings! 

Once you have agreed to the relationship terms and the partnership is established, you will receive a welcome email from FlipShop where you can either book a call with their team to get onboarded to their payment platform or utilize the link to MagicOS Brand Dashboard  to set up your account.

After you've created your MagicOS account you'll need to add a payout method under Sales & Earnings > Earnings > Connect to Bank Account near the top right of the page. This link will take you to Stripe where you will follow the directions provided. Once you've completed this, navigate back to the Earnings tab in MagicOS and you will find that the purple button now says Payout.

After orders are fulfilled, you'll be eligible for payment from Flip. Once earnings are available, you can click Payout and Stripe will handle getting your funds deposited to your bank account from there. To find your payout history click on the three dots next to Payout, which will also show if the funds have been successfully moved to your account. Funds should be deposited into your account within 24-48 hours. 

 

Canal Reporting & Payout History

When reviewing Canal Insights data, please note that Net Earnings data will be understated due to the fact that Flip payouts are handled outside of Canal. Please reference the payout history provided by Flip within your MagicOS account for these orders. 

 

Note: Partnering with FlipShop will not impact your payouts for other Retailer orders. All other partnerships will continue to be paid out by Canal via Stripe
