| Brand |
Brands that exist on the supply side of the network - Brands provide products that Partners can sell. |
| Proposal |
A formal request sent from a Partner to a Brand to establish a partnership and add Brand products to their marketplace. Proposals allow for negotiation of Commission, Shipping terms, Discount agreements and more. |
| 3PL |
Third-Party Logistics Company, is an organizations use of third-party businesses to outsource elements of it's distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment services. |
| ERP |
Enterprise Resource Planning, basically a software system that helps you run your business by supporting automation and processes in finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and more. |
| SKU |
Stock Keeping Unit, usually seen as a scannable barcode. SKUs are a unique number that retailers assign to products to keep track of stock levels internally. |
| PO |
Purchase Order, similar to an invoice but purchase orders are sent by the buyer to the vendor in order to track and manage the purchasing process. |
| Commission |
The percentage of the sale price that Partners take from Brands for products sold on their marketplace. |
| Listed |
Listed refers to a product's active status on Catalog. Once products are Listed, Partners are able to send a proposal for these products. |
| Paused |
Pausing refers to a product status in the Catalog app, this is best used when you want to temporarily stop selling your product through Catalog but lets Partners know that you plan to continue selling again. |
| Not Listed |
Not Listed products are not active on Catalog. Partners will not be able to see or send proposals for items in Not Listed status. |
| Pre-approved |
Marking items pre-approved allows for Partners to sell your products without the need for a formal Proposal. |

A feature on the Brand side that allows Brand's to create a Market when their Partner's default currency differs from their own. Brands can select to use a dynamic exchange rate or manually set the price for each product. |
| Dynamic Shipping |
Allows for Brands and Partners to charge customers the Brand's shipping rates during checkout on the Partners marketplace. |
| Flat Rate Shipping |
An agreed upon flat rate that customers will be charged for Brand products during checkout on the Partners marketplace. |
| Sale Price syncing |
Ability to dynamically sync Brand discounts to the Partners marketplace. |
| Platform fee |
The cost of using Rokt Catalog. Can be a negotiated price or percentage of sales. |
| Payment Cadence |
The frequency at which Brands can expect to be paid out. This varies by partnership. |
