Rokt Catalog's self-serve QA tool lets you review and refine your product listings before they go live on Nordstrom. Our ProductAI does the heavy lifting — transforming your product data and images to meet Nordstrom's standards — but you know your products best. The QA step is where you verify accuracy, fix anything the AI missed, and make sure your listings look the way you want them to.
How the process works
The QA workflow has four steps. Depending on your catalog, you may not need all of them.
- Merge products (if needed): Nordstrom requires that all colors and sizes of the same style live on a single listing. If your catalog has them split across separate listings, you'll combine them first. See Merging products for Nordstrom.
- Review images: Check that your hero images, backgrounds, and sizing meet Nordstrom's requirements. The QA tool includes built-in transformations to help you get images to spec. See Reviewing product images for Nordstrom.
- Review attributes: Verify that product titles, categories, color mappings, UPCs, and other fields are accurate. Our ProductAI pre-fills most of this, but a human eye catches what automation can't. See Reviewing product attributes for Nordstrom.
- Submit for review: Once everything looks good, mark your products as edited and notify the Rokt Catalog team. We review your batch and either approve it or send feedback. See Submitting products for Nordstrom review.
Getting started
To access the QA tool, open the Rokt Catalog App, select Nordstrom from the Partners tab, and click QA products in the top-right corner of the products section.
