The Product sales report gives you a detailed breakdown of your sales performance by product or variant across all Partner stores. Navigate to Reports > Product Sales in the left navigation to access it.
Note: This report does not include return or refund data.
Tabs
The report has two views:
- By product: Shows total performance rolled up at the product level, combining all variants into a single row.
- By variant: Shows performance broken down by individual SKU or variant, useful when you want to compare how different sizes, colors, or configurations are selling.
Filters
- Search: Find a specific product by name or ID.
- All partners: Filter to show results for a single Partner store, or leave set to All partners to see performance across your full network.
- Date range: Adjust the time window for the report. Defaults to the past 30 days.
Report columns
- Preview: A thumbnail image of the product.
- Product name: The name of the product as it appears in your catalog.
- Orders: The number of orders containing this product in the selected period.
- Units: The total number of units sold across all orders.
- Total sales: The gross revenue generated by this product across all Partner stores.
Downloading the report
Select Download CSV in the top right to export the current view. The CSV reflects your active tab (By product or By variant) and any filters you have applied.
