Your Billing page shows what you're charged for Rokt Catalog Ads, and this guide walks you through how to read it. You'll learn how Rokt collects your charges, how they appear on your Billing page, and how to read your billing CSV (comma-separated values) file. How your charges are collected
- Rokt collects your ad charges on a weekly billing run and lists them as rows in the Billing tab of your Billing page.
- Your bill also includes a payment processor fee line alongside your ad spend.
- Rokt bills Rokt Network Ads at a cost per acquisition (CPA) rate applied to your attributed sales. Because they use a 7-day click / 2-hour view attribution window, Rokt charges these amounts about a week after the activity date, so every order is counted. CPAs can differ by audience, and you set and manage them on your campaign.
- Rokt bills Shoppable Ads on completed purchases against the target return on ad spend (ROAS) you set on your campaign, and shows them as one amount per day of activity, with an order count.
Where these charges appear (Billing tab)
On your Billing page, the Billing tab lists your charges:

Rokt combines Shoppable Ads and Rokt Network Ads into a single CATALOG - ADS row per charge date to give you one summary view. To separate the two ad types, download the CSV from that row, since the summary view does not break them out. The Returns tab covers Marketplace returned-order fees, not ads.
Reading your billing CSV
When you download a CATALOG - ADS row, you get every ad charge in that group, broken out by ad type with two separate dates:

Frequently asked questions
Why don't Shoppable Ads charges show individual order amounts?
Rokt aggregates Shoppable Ads billing by day and shows an order count rather than a line per order. To see specific orders, check your Orders report.
Why does my Catalog Traffic (Rokt Network Ads) line item show a charge date so much later than the activity date?
Attribution has to close before Rokt can bill the amount, and charges only go out on the weekly billing run. The Line Item Activity Date shows when the activity happened, and the Line Item Charge Date shows when Rokt billed it. Rokt keeps them as separate columns so you can track both.
Why is one charge covering multiple days?
Rokt collects ad activity daily but charges it on a weekly billing run, so one charge can cover several days. Download the CSV to see the day-by-day breakdown by Line Item Activity Date.
Why are both ad types combined as CATALOG - ADS?
Rokt groups both ad types into one summary view on your Billing page. Use the CSV for the breakdown by ad type.
