Once a payout is successfully transferred to your bank, payout information is displayed on the Payouts page. To view payout information, navigate to Reports > Payouts in the left navigation of the Catalog app.
Reading your payout information
Catalog provides a downloadable CSV with a detailed breakdown for each payout. To download, select the download icon to the right of the payout, or bulk download by checking the boxes to the left of each payout and selecting Download CSVs.
You can view and download an example of this CSV from the example payout report.
Detailed payout information
After downloading your CSV, you'll find:
- Brand order number: The order number associated with your backend.
- Order date: The date the order was placed on the Partner's store.
- Brand commission: Your agreed-upon commission percentage.
- Catalog fees: Catalog's commission for powering the order.
- Shipping income: The amount passed from the Partner to you for shipping.
- Net payout: Product profits combined with shipping income, minus any fees associated with the order.
