Payment Cadence
Orders are eligible for payment once they have been fulfilled. As a Supplier you will receive payment for your orders from Canal based on the cadence listed under Payment Cadence within the Payout History tab. This payment is then pushed to your linked bank account via Stripe. Timing of deposits vary depending on your bank but can take up to a week before you see the funds in your account.

Payment amount = (MSRP) - (Retailer Commission) - (Canal Fees)

Retailer Commission: The agreed upon earnings for each order

*All transactions are subject to a payment processing fee of 0.4% transaction fee
Sales Tax
The Retailer captures all taxes paid on orders because they are the merchant of record. No taxes will be passed on to you as the Supplier. We recommend requesting a Resale Certificate from your Retailers.
