Growing the Catalog network benefits everyone — more Brands means more products for Partners to sell, and more Partners means more distribution for Brands. You can invite Brands to join Rokt Catalog directly from your dashboard, and both you and the Brand you refer can earn rewards. This article covers who qualifies as a referral, how to send an invitation, and the incentives available.
Referral incentives
When you invite a Brand to Catalog, both you and the Brand benefit:
- 0% platform fees on the partnership between you and the referred Brand for one full year.
- Rewards store credits: If the referred Brand makes 10 sales via Catalog within 90 days, you both earn $100 to spend at Curated by Catalog — a rewards store featuring popular products from the Catalog network.
You can also use your Catalog Connect link to share these same incentives with potential Partners. Navigate to Retailers > Catalog Connect to find your personalized link.
Who qualifies as a referral
A Brand you invite only counts as a referral when both of the following are true:
- The Brand is new to Catalog and has never created an account.
- The Brand takes action to engage with the network. Engagement includes:
- Making their profile visible in Discover.
- Accepting a proposal from another Brand in addition to yours.
Invite a Brand to Rokt Catalog
Navigate to Brands > Invite and choose your invite method — email or custom link. We recommend email because it gives you better visibility into the invitation status.
Invite by email
- Enter the email addresses of the Brands you'd like to invite.
- (Optional) Personalize the pre-populated message to make your invitation stand out.
- Select Send email when you're ready.
Invite by link
If you prefer to send an invitation manually, copy your personalized referral link and share it through the messaging tool of your choice. You can place your link on any of your brand's collateral, including referral emails, social media, or your website.
Note: When you invite a Brand by link, they won't appear under My Invites until they accept the invitation. For better tracking, we recommend using the email method.
Track your invitation status
After you send an invite, you can monitor its progress in the referral tracker on the Invite page.

|---|---|
| Invite Sent | Your referral received the invite but hasn't opened it yet. |
| Email Viewed | Your referral opened your invite email. |
| Onboarded | The Brand has joined Catalog and is ready to partner. |
What success looks like
Once a referred Brand signs up, engages with the network, and their status updates to Onboarded, your referral is complete. You'll both enjoy 0% platform fees on your partnership for a full year, and if they hit 10 sales within 90 days, you'll both receive your rewards store credits.
