The Inventory page is where you manage all the products available to you from your connected Brands. You can search and filter your catalog, check stock levels, review commissions, and add products to your store—all from one place. In this guide, you’ll learn how to read and use every part of the Inventory page to keep your product lineup running smoothly.
Getting to the Inventory page
Select Inventory from the left sidebar in the Catalog app. The page displays a table of all products that your connected Brands have made available to you through approved proposals.
Searching and filtering products
At the top of the page, you have several options to narrow down your product list:
- Search bar: Type a product name, keyword, or Product ID to find a specific item.
- Brand filter: Select a Brand to view only their products.
- Availability filter: Filter by stock status (in stock, out of stock, or removed).
- Status filter: Filter by product listing status (active, draft, or other).
These filters are especially helpful when you’re managing a large inventory. You can combine multiple filters to get a focused view—for example, showing only in-stock products from a specific Brand.
Understanding the product table
Each row in the table represents a product from one of your Brand partners. Here’s what each column tells you:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Product | The product name, the number of variants (sizes, colors, etc.), and the Product ID if one has been assigned. |
| Brand | The Brand partner that supplies this product, shown with their logo. |
| MSRP | The manufacturer’s suggested retail price. If a product has multiple variants with different prices, you’ll see a price range (e.g., $18.00–$103.00). |
| Your commission | The percentage of each sale that you earn. This is the rate you agreed to in the proposal for this product. |
| Availability | The current stock status of the product. See the section below for details on each status. |
| Status | Whether the product is currently listed on your store. Common values include Active (live on your store) and Draft (added but not yet published). |
Product availability
The Availability column shows you the current stock status for each product. Understanding these states helps you decide which products to promote and which need attention.
| Availability | What it means |
|---|---|
| In stock (with count) | The Brand has inventory available. The number shown (e.g., “64 in stock”) reflects the current quantity across all variants. You can confidently sell and promote these products. |
| Out of stock | The Brand’s inventory has reached zero. Customers won’t be able to purchase this product until the Brand restocks. You can still keep the product on your store, but it won’t be orderable. |
| Removed | The Brand has removed this product from Catalog. It’s no longer available for sale. If you want to re-list it, select Contact to reach out to the Brand directly. |
Taking action on products
The rightmost area of each row includes an action button and a date indicating when the product was last updated. The actions you’ll see depend on the product’s current state:
- Add to store: The product is approved and available. Select this to sync the product to your storefront. Once added, you can set the product to Active or Draft in your ecommerce backend (e.g., Shopify).
- Contact: The product has been removed or is otherwise unavailable. Select this to message the Brand and discuss options—whether that’s restocking, relisting, or finding an alternative product.
If a product is already on your store and active, no action button is shown—the product is live and ready for customers.
Pagination
If your inventory contains more products than a single page can display, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages. The current page and total page count are shown (e.g., “1 / 760”).
Transaction fee
At the bottom of the Inventory page, you’ll see a note that Rokt Catalog charges a small transaction fee to help run the platform. For full details on fees and how they’re applied, check out Getting paid as a Partner.
